Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept credit / debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards*. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or via this website. We strongly advise that you do not send even partial credit card details by normal
e-mail. We cannot accept responsibility if they are intercepted by a third party for fraudulent purposes.

All orders are scrutinised by a human being before being processed.

* We regret that we are not able to accept credit card payment from non-UK customers for orders over £150.

Shipping And Handling For delivery addresses within MAINLAND UK there is a delivery charge of £5.50 per order. This may be reduced at our discretion for small orders. Please email or phone us for further details.

For delivery to UK offshore islands & Northern Ireland there is a delivery charge of £7.00 per order.

For delivery addresses outside the UK (including BFPO) delivery is charged at cost. Place your order, and we will e-mail you with the cost of shipping. We will not process the order until we have received confirmation that you accept the charge.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 business days of receiving and processing it. Our business days are Monday to Friday. We are sorry, but we are unable to despatch orders until after 7 January 2008.
We cannot guarantee delivery times of international orders as it depends on your location. We will advise you of the timescale when we contact you to confirm shipping charges.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the prices quoted.
All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy We have a no quibble returns policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange collection. All goods must be returned unused.

Remittance Terms Payment is deducted from your account when your order is processed by us. This allows us to manually adjust the amount deducted when necessary. We will only change the amount if approved by you.
