Hanging baskets aren't just for flowers. We grow the usual summer annuals but have found our baskets to be perfect for salads, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, bulbs....
Our hanging baskets require a fraction of the water used by conventional designs. A unique pull-out drawer in the side of the basket allows topping up of the reservoir at the bottom of the container. Fill the containers with the "Gold" growing medium, put your plants in and the capillary wick allows them to take up water and food as they require. You may find that your baskets only need watering twice a week instead of twice a day!
The attractive "Quickdraw" baskets can be used indoors as well as out and have a strong chain fitted.
14" diameter basket is supplied with 6 litres of Gold, 30ml of slow release feed granules and 1 litre of hydroton mulching material to help water retention. Full instructions included.

Only terracotta is available at the moment. All baskets are supplied with sufficient "Gold" to fill them and 30ml Hydroponicum Feed granules (enough or at least 6 months of the growing season).

Acorn pots are ideal for growing houseplants but we also use them for growing herbs, peppers and chillies. It is possible to transfer established plants into these pots by gently tapping off any excess compost before potting into the "Gold" growing medium.
Our unique acorn pots have a vase tapered at the top and are wider at the base. Plants are automatically fed and watered by capillary wick attached to refillable base reservoir.
Complete with 2 litres "Hydroponicum Gold" + 30ml feed granules.

Pairs of 1 litre plastic plant pots with unique perforated bridge bases which allow self-watering of hydroponic plants without the need for a capillary wick. Up to 5 pots can be placed together in a Hydroponicum trough for simultaneous watering from below, or individual pots can each be placed on their own self watering bowl base. This allows plants in bloom to be brought indoors for display whilst still being fed and watered from their own matching bowl. Seul Eau pot capacity 1.0 litre top diameter 13.5cm . These pots are versatile - you can sow herb/salad seeds directly into them without the need to transplant them later.
